My experience with Rock Solid Roofing was outstanding! The owner, Kris Rubio, came to our house and answered all of our questions. We chose the color/style of shingles. After contacting the manufacturer, Kris was informed that the shingles we selected would not be available until January, several months later. Kris asked if we wanted to switch to a different shingle or wait until warmer weather. We did not want to change shingles, so Kris ordered the product and waited patiently until spring. Kris is also an insurance adjuster. He pointed out additional hail damage to the exterior of our house that I had not noticed, but he included it with our claim. Kris interceded directly with our insurance claims department getting us maximum compensation. He is an excellent communicator, and his team does excellent work!

I have used Rock Solid for several emergency repairs and subsequently I chose to use them for two roof replacements due to the hail storms we have had hit us recently. Kris made sure we got the repairs we needed and the information to the insurance companies they required to get all of our repairs done in a timely manor, they repaired the roof, all the damaged custom facia, several bay window roofs and gutter and downspouts on multistory buildings and when everything was done it looked like the buildings were new again. The job sites were policed constantly through the day as they worked and every evening when they were done.
